Lara Croft is the legendary protagonist of the Tomb Raider video game series, renowned as one of gaming’s most iconic and enduring characters. Created by Core Design and first appearing in Tomb Raider (1996), Lara is an adventurous British archaeologist known for her fearless spirit, athletic prowess, and sharp intellect.

Lara Croft is famous for exploring ancient tombs and lost civilizations, facing deadly traps, puzzles, and mythological creatures in pursuit of powerful artifacts. Her signature look—twin pistols, braid or ponytail, tank top, and cargo shorts or tactical gear—has become instantly recognizable in gaming culture.
