📦 Shipping Policy — Metis Minis

Thank you for shopping with Metis Minis! Every item is 3D printed to order with great care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we manage production and delivery.


🕒 Production & Handling Times

All products at Metis Minis are made to order, and we aim to dispatch them as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for production prior to shipping.

  • This timeframe accounts for printing, post-processing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

  • We will never send out damaged or incomlpete prints

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

All domestic deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners:

  • Evri, DPD, and Yodel, (we're working out an agreement with Royal Mail for future shiping options)

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Free shipping for all UK orders 

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide via our global logistics partner:

  • DHL Express Worldwide

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 working days from dispatch

  • Competitive international rates are calculated at checkout

  • Tracking is included for all international orders


💰 Tariffs, Taxes & Customs Charges

  • Taxes (e.g. VAT) are automatically calculated and collected by Shopify at checkout based on your shipping destination.

  • For US customers, please note the Federal Government imposes a 10% tariff on all imports from the UK. As a result, our logistics partner may apply customs duties or handling charges upon arrival. This is beyond our control.

  • Other international buyers may also incur import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Metis Minis is not liable for any customs-related delays.


📦 Packaging & Damaged Items

We take pride in our secure and protective packaging. Should your item arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photographs of the damage

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate


📬 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Non-collection or refusal

…you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
