Returns Policy

Metis Minis takes great care to provide high quality 3d prints on-demand. We will not send out failed or partially failed prints under any circumstances. 

We also take great care in our packaging, which is always marked as "FRAGILE". However, we cannot guarantee that your items will always reach you in pristine condition, owing to circumstances beyond our control, (such as moody postal workers). 

If you do receive damaged product, please contact us and we will do whatever is reasonable to remedy the situation. Your continued custom and satisfaction are our priority and always will be. 

If you wish to return damaged good for a replacement or a full refund, we will honour this, no quibble guaranteed.

However, postage costs will have to be covered by the buyer. 

You also have the legal right to return unwanted products back to us within 14 days without question.
